| TRACER | Target Recognition of Automatically Coded Entity References --an automated coding program used at the Office of Population, Censuses and Surveys for coding death certificates |
| TRANSAX | TRANSlate the AXis of Classification of the manually assigned codes into a form amenable to person-based analyses of multiple causes of death. This resolves multiple anomalies when coding death certificates in the United States. |
