X-ray Series
Quite often an x-ray examination will require the taking of a number of pictures. This is referred to as an x-ray series and is summarized in one report. For example, a metastatic series involves x-raying various parts of the body to determine whether or not a cancer has metastasized to any of those parts. Here is a typical x-ray report of a metastatic series (Radiologic Example 2). Abstract what you think is pertinent in the report and then compare it with the suggested abstraction.
