Unsatisfactory. Digital rectal reveals 8-10 cm lesion. Carcinoma of rectum, R/O more proximal lesion. Multiple Bx's taken.
Reference made to "digital" to indicate a finger examination was done. Melanotic stool suggest bleeding from a source some place beyond that noted in report.
