CT scan shows primary tumor extends into major blood vessels, the celiac axis (artery) and hepatic artery. The portal and splenic veins are "narrowed", which is not a term of involvement. (Reference: SEER Summary Staging Manual-2000, page 15.)There is no lymph node involvement or distant metastasis seen on imaging studies.
