70-year-old male with normal abdomen; rectal exam revealed normal prostate

Cystoscopy: Bladder showed moderate trabeculation. On complete inspection of bladder there was a small early tumor noted. Bx's taken.
TURB: One focus of papillary transitional cell carcinoma, grade II in bladder
Surgery: Transurethral resection (TURB) and fulguration.
