40-year-old male with new onset seizure disorder.
X-Rays & Scans

Head CT: 3.9 cm intraparenchymal lesion identified within the R frontal lobe.

Brain MRI: 4.2 cm mass R frontal lobe compresses the R frontal horn and extends slightly across the midline and to the right lateral ventricle.

Chest X-ray: No acute process seen, negative for malignancy.
Pathological Reports

Brain: R frontal lobe, low grade astrocytoma (WHO grade II).
Treatment

Surgery: R frontotemporal craniotomy and gross total resection of tumor.
04/18/XX
Radiation: Beam radiation to brain started 5600 cGy to primary tumor bed at 200 cGy per fraction for 28 fractions 6MV & 18 MV photons
