Operative findings indicate tumor was confined to the left cerebellum. MRI of the spine was negative for drop metastasis. Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) cytology was negative for malignancy. Brain MRI showed no tumor seeding of the leptomeninges (arachnoid and pia mater).
