Physical Exam

40-year-old woman with 3 month history of worsening vaginal bleeding. PE - 6 cm friable mass extends from cervix into vaginal wall.
X-Rays & Scans

Chest X-Ray: normal.
05/23/XX
Abdominal/Pelvic CT: fullness noted in region of cervix. No gross lymphadenopathy or sidewall involvement.
Scopes
05/21/XX
EUA/cystoscopy. EUA: large exophytic cervical mass approximately 6 cm across. No parametrial or sidewall involvement. Cystoscopy: Bladder negative.
Pathological Reports
05/05/XX
Cervix biopsy: infiltrating wd adenoca. Stains strongly support endocervical origin.
Treatment
06/04/XX
Radiation: Began beam radiation to whole pelvis.
06/21/XX
Radiation: Started HDR brachytherapy.
06/11/XX
Chemotherapy: Started Cisplatin.
