60-year-old female with abnormal Pap test. No gross lesions on cervix. History of cervical dysplasia. No palpable inguinal adenopathy.
Bimanual exam was negative.

Pathological Reports

Cervical cone biopsy: wd squamous cell carcinoma at exocervix edge, stromal invasion 2 mm, no vascular channel permeation present, margins negative.
06/30/XX
Total hysterectomy, BSO: Uterus, cervix, bilateral ovaries and tubes: no residual malignancy.
Treatment

Surgery: cervical conization

Surgery: total hysterectomy, bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy
