CT Pelvis /Abd showed slightly enlarged heterogeneous appearance of uterus w/central mass lesion c/w known endometrial carcinoma.
Chest X-ray normal.
Pathological Reports

Endometrial scrape - endometrioid endometrial adenocarcinoma.
09/19/XX
TAH/BSO - endometrioid adenocarcinoma, FIGO G3 with 55% invasion of the myometrium, 2/19 pelvic LNs positive, leiomyomas.
Treatment
09/19/XX
TAH/BSO w/pelvic LN dissection.
11/01/XX
Radiation: External beam radiation 6MV to pelvis 4500 cGy total
11/19/XX
Radiation: High dose vaginal cylinder brachytherapy x 3 doses
