Histology Code: 8380/39
Path reports state endometrioid adenocarcinoma. This is a specific subtype of adenocarcinoma and may also arise outside of the endometrium. Code grade = 9. FIGO grade (G3 in the exercise) is part of the FIGO staging system and should not be used to code the 6th digit histologic grade in the tumor morphology code.
