Quiz: Follow-up Files

  1. Currently, all cancer registries are computerized as well as all existing cancer cases.
  2. The "tickler" card contains patient identifiers, primary cancer information, contacts, and date of last contact.
  3. A follow-up card is filed alphabetically in the same month last seen but in the following year.
  4. The delinquent section of the tickler file does not have to be reviewed routinely, and continued attempts are not necessary to obtain follow-up for current information.
