Quiz: Follow-up Process

  1. Follow-up should be generated every three months and a list of patients due for follow-up is compiled and compared to hospital admission and outpatient records.
  2. If a response has not been received, follow-up letters will not be mailed to new sources.
  3. Attempts should be made periodically to contact all patients who do not have current follow-up.
  4. If a patient has multiple primary cancers, all records should be updated with the date of last contact.
