52-year-old male with prior history of right thyroidectomy in 1971 for benign adenoma.
Physical Exam

HEENT: Small, movable nodule at left inferior pole of thyroid adjacent to isthmus. Rest of lobe normal. Remainder of exam normal.

Operative Findings

No involved nodes on either side.
Pathological Reports

Papillary CA of thyroid completely removed at surgery.
Treatment

Surgery: Left thyroid lobectomy with portion of isthmus. Tumor size 1.5 cm.

Hormone: Began Synthroid.
06/01/XX
Radiation: I-131 ablation therapy
