T2 (Tumor more than 7cm in dimension limited to kidney) N2 (Metastasis in more than one regional lymph node) M0 (CT, PET scan negative. Per TNM 6th edition, clinical information can be used to code the pathologic M category if sufficient tissue was removed to code the highest T and highest N categories)
