Nephrectomy states tumor extends into peripelvic fat, no involvement of major blood vessels or adrenal gland, no lymph node involvement on CT, ureter margin negative. There is no mention of invasion of the kidney parenchyma. Imaging studies/scopes do not indicate involvement beyond kidney.
