General: Left sided chest pain and chest tightness; labored inhalations
Chest X-ray: Lesion in right lower lobe
CT chest: 5 x 6 cm mass towards right medial base posteriorly.
Bronchoscopy with needle aspiration.
None in chart
Thoracotomy: Extension to mediastinum. Biopsy taken; tumor is inoperable.
Aspiration biopsy: Large cell undifferentiated carcinoma.
Radiation: XRT: 4500 rads EBRT to primary tumor, hilum, mediastinum, and R supraclavicular nodes.
Chemo: cisplatin and etoposide.
