58-year-old female with right upper quadrant and right flank pain. PE – mild RUQ tenderness.
X-Rays & Scans

CT Abd/pelvis: tiny nodular density L pulmonary base 6mm which is nonspecific. Moderate ascites. R kidney mass – small benign cyst. Large pelvic mass.
Laboratory

CA 125: 62H
Operative Findings
11/24/XX
Uterus and cervix absent. R ovarian mass. Metastatic disease to peritoneum in pelvis.
Pathological Reports
11/24/XX
R and L ovary – pd adenoca. L fallopian tube – serosal implants of pd adenoca. Omentum positive for adenoca. 11 negative R and L pelvic nodes. One negative R aortic node. Appendix negative.
Treatment
11/24/XX
Surgery: Tumor debulking and BSO, radical omentectomy. Bilateral pelvic lymphadenectomy. R aortic LN sampling.
01/21/XX
Chemotherapy: Started Taxol/carboplatin.
