CT Abd/pelvis: Ascites. Thickening of omentum/mesentery worrisome for peritoneal carcinomatosis. 3.9cm L adnexal mass most likely ovarian Ca.
Chest X-Ray normal.

Pathological Reports

Peritoneal fluid: adenoca.

Moderately differentiated 6cm serous adenoca of L ovary. Serosal invasion R ovary and omentum.
Treatment

Surgery: TAH/BSO/omentectomy.

Chemotherapy: Began Taxol (paclitaxel) and carboplatin.
