Path report shows tumor limited to one ovary with the capsule intact, no tumor on ovarian surface. Lymph nodes negative. Omentum negative. No distant involvement seen on CT or surgical exploration. No palpable distant LNs on physical exam. Tumor "abuts" R pelvic sidewall/bladder/ureter - this is not considered involvement of these structures per page 15 of the SEER Summary Stage 2000 Manual.
