72-year-old male was seen with elevated PSA. Rectal: Prostate gland moderately enlarged with each lobe about 2.5 x 1.5 cm; relatively flat and smooth.

CT scan: moderately enlarged prostate without distinct extracapsular extension or asymmetry of seminal vesicles.

Chest X-ray normal. Bone scan: no metastatic disease.
