| Scopes | 05/21/XX | EUA/cystoscopy. EUA: large exophytic cervical mass approximately 6 cm across. No parametrial or sidewall involvement. Cystoscopy: Bladder negative. |
| Pathological Reports | 05/05/XX | Cervix biopsy: infiltrating wd adenoca. Stains strongly support endocervical origin. |
| Treatment | 06/04/XX | Radiation: Began beam radiation to whole pelvis. |
