Physical Exam

60 year old female with abnormal Pap test. No gross lesions on cervix. History of cervical dysplasia. No palpable inguinal adenopathy.
Bimanual exam was negative.

Abdominal/Pelvic CT: No obvious adenopathy.
05/22/XX Chest X-Ray: Negative
   
Pathological Reports

05/22/XX

Cervical cone biopsy: wd squamous cell carcinoma at exocervix edge, stromal invasion 2 mm, no vascular channel permeation present, margins negative.

06/30/XX Total hysterectomy, BSO: Uterus, cervix, bilateral ovaries and tubes: no residual malignancy.
   
Treatment 05/22/XX Surgery: cervical conization
06/30/XX Surgery: total hysterectomy, bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy
