T1 (Tumor limited to testis without vascular invasion) NX (No lymph node dissection done) MX (Imaging done, but according to TNM 6th edition, clinical information can be used for the M category only if sufficient tissue was removed to evaluate the highest T and highest N categories) S1 (LDH < 1.5 X upper limit normal and hCG (mIu/ml) < 5000 and AFP (ng/ml) < 1000). Per page 317 of TNM 6th edition, for staging, measure tumor markers immediately after orchiectomy and continue serial measurements if elevated.
