T3(Tumor invades spermatic cord)
NX (No lymph node dissection done)
MX(Imaging done, but according to TNM 6th edition, clinical information can be used for the M category if sufficient tissue was removed to evaluate the highest T and highest N categories)
S0 (Tumor markers within normal limits. Per page 317 of TNM 6th edition, for staging, measure tumor markers immediately after orchiectomy, and continue serial measurements if elevated.)
