Physical Exam
Pain in epigastric area. Bouts of nausea and vomiting.
Imaging

Chest x-ray: WNL
Upper GI: Mass obstruction in antrum of stomach. Suggested biopsy or resection.
Liver scan: Normal.
Laboratory

CEA: 7.8 (within normal limits)
Scopes

Gastroscopy: Mass in antrum of stomach, consistent with adenocarcinoma. Biopsied.
Surgical Observations

Partial gastrectomy. Stomach involved with tumor. No lymphadenopathy. Liver appears normal.
Pathological Reports

Gastric antrum biopsy: Mucinous adenocarcinoma, Grade III.
10/24/XX
Gastric antrum resection: infiltrating mucinous adenocarcinoma, grade III. Tumor infiltrates entire wall of stomach and involves serosa, 0/7 lymph nodes positive, margins uninvolved.
Treatment

Surgery: Partial gastrectomy and regional lymph node dissection.
