  • Hematuria
    Blood in the urine; 40% of all patients
    • Gross hematuria
      Blood in urine that is visible clinically
    • Microscropic hematuria
      Blood in urine that is identifiable only through a microscope
  • Pain
  • Dull pain in flank (locally advanced disease)
  • Dysuria
    Pain on urination
  • Erythrocytosis
    Abnormally high accumalation of red blood cells in the blood
  • Mass in flank
  • Other urinary sysmptoms
    Burning, frequency, urgency, pelvic discomfort after voiding
  • Weight loss
