Admission & Discharge Documents
Daily or weekly review of all inpatient and outpatient admissions and discharges facilitates quick casefinding process since these documents present clinical or pathological diagnosis of cancer. Below is an example of an admission/discharge report. In this example, the lung cancer should be evaluated for inclusion in the registry.
