Cytology Reports
Cytology reports can be reviewed in a manner similar to that described for pathology reports. Cytology laboratories may maintain hardcopy reports or computerized lists for the registrar's review. All reports must be reviewed to ensure complete ascertainment of all cytology cases. An example of a hardcopy cytology report is provided below.
