Key Information
involvement of lymph nodes (matted nodes, fixed vs. mobile, lymphadenopathy, enlarged, "shotty" nodes, palpable, enlarged, visible swelling), a palpable mass anywhere in the body, enlarged abdominal organs (distension, organomegaly, hepatomegaly, splenomegaly, hepatosplenomegaly/HSM), pharyngeal examination for tonsil or oropharynx involvement, neurologic examination
