  • CHOP (cytoxan, doxorubicin, vincristine, prednisone)
  • ProMACE-MOPP (cytoxan, etoposide, doxorubicin, mechlorethamine, procarbazine, high-dose methotrexate with leukovorin rescue and prednisone)
  • BACOP (bleomycin, doxorubicin, cytoxan, vincristine, prednisone)
  • APO (doxorubicin, vincristine, prednisone, methotrexate, 6-mercaptopurine)
  • L10 or L17 protocols used for adult lymphocytic leukemia
  • CHOP plus other agents—cytoxan, doxorubicin, vincristine, prednisone plus asparaginase plus maintenance with methotrexate and 6-mercaptopurine
  • m-BACOD (intermediate-dose methotrexate, bleomycin, doxorubicin, cytoxan, vincristine, dexamethasone)
  • MACOP-B (methotrexate with leucovorin rescue, doxorubicin, cytoxan, vincristine, prednisone, bleomycin)
  • ProMACE-CytaBOM (cytoxan, etoposide, doxorubicin, prednisone, cytarabine, bleomycin, vincristine, intermediate-dose methotrexate)
  • COPP (cytoxan, vincristine, procarbazine, prednisone)
  • COMLA (cytoxan, vincristine, methotrexate with leucovorin rescue, cytarabine)
  • CVP (cytoxan, vincristine, prednisone)
  • Cytoxan as a single agent
  • Chlorambucil as a single agent

Chemotherapy for Hodgkin lymphoma
(choice of regimen depends on stage and cell type)

  • ABVD (doxorubicin, bleomycin, vinblastine, dacarbazine)
  • LOPP (chlorambucil, vincristine, procarbazine, prednisone)
  • MOPP (mechlorethamine, vincristine, procarbazine, prednisone)

  • MVVPP (mechlorethamine, vincristine, vinblastine, procarbazine, prednisone)
  • ChlVPP (chlorambucil, vinblastine, procarbazine, prednisone)
  • CVPP (cytoxan, vinblastine, procarbazine, prednisone)
  • PAVE (procarbazine, melphalan, vinblastine)
  • BCVPP (bleomycin, cytoxan, vinblastine, procarbazine, prednisone)
  • MOPP/ABV (mechlorethamine, vincristine, procarbazine, prednisone plus doxorubicin, bleomycin, vinblastine)
  • MOPP/ABVD (mechlorethamine, vincristine, procarbazine, prednisone alternating with doxorubicin, bleomycin, vinblastine, dacarbazine)
