EOD Mets
Coding mets for bladder is based on several different factors
- No evidence of metastatic disease
- Default to no metastatic disease when there is no documentation on the metastatic workup.
- Distant lymph node involvement
- Intraaortacaval
- Paracaval
- Superior mesenteric
- Other metastatic involvement
- Most common metastatic sites for bladder are bone, liver, brain.
