EOD Mets
Coding mets for the breast is based on several different factors
- No evidence of metastatic disease
    - Default to no metastatic disease when there is no documentation on the metastatic workup.

- Distant lymph node involvement
    - Cervical
- Contralateral (lymph nodes from opposite breast): axillary, internal mammary, infraclavicular, supraclavicular.

- Other metastatic involvement
    - Most common metastatic sites for breast are bone, liver, brain.

See SEER*RSA, Breast, for the current version of EOD and complete coding instructions for the Breast schema.
