EOD Mets

Coding mets for prostate is based on several different factors.

  • No evidence of metastatic disease
    • Default to no metastatic disease when there is no documentation on the metastatic workup.
  • Distant lymph node involvement
    • Aortic
    • Common iliac
    • Inguinal
    • Retroperitoneal, NOS
  • Bone metastases
  • Other metastatic involvement
