EOD Mets

Coding mets for prostate is based on several different factors.

No evidence of metastatic disease
- Default to no metastatic disease when there is no documentation on the metastatic workup.
Distant lymph node involvement
- Aortic
- Common iliac
- Inguinal
- Retroperitoneal, NOS
Bone metastases
Other metastatic involvement
