Case Example 4 (Primary Site and Histology)
Double lung transplant prior to ENT finding nasopharyngeal mass, biopsy path diagnosis "post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder.” PET work-up neg lad, no other sites of disease, no heme malignancy simultaneously diagnosed. Patient completed 8 cycles of rituximab with repeat PET showing a complete response.
