Case Example 7 (Primary Site and Histology)
Patient presents with palpable cervical lymphadenopathy. An MRI of the Head and Neck is done showing extensive cervical lymphadenopathy. PET scan ordered showing lymph nodes above and below the diaphragm. Biopsy diagnosis is diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Bone marrow done which is positive for DLBCL.
