Key Information
Enlargement of uterus, induration, abdominal mass, nodularity in pelvic cul-de-sac, palpable lymph nodes, "frozen" pelvis (organs matted together by tumor), fixation, organomegaly (hepatosplenomegaly, hepatomegaly, splenomegaly), involvement of uterus, vagina (wall and fornices), parametrium, pelvic walls, bladder or rectum
Pelvic Examination
Manual or speculum evaluation of cervix, vagina, rectum, external genitalia. Digital examination of the rectum and vagina is also called a rectovaginal exam
