Lymphoma Ocular Adnexa

This Hematopoietic schema is for select lymphoma histologies that occur within specific subsites of the eye, including skin of the eyelid. Historically these lymphomas have been included in the general lymphoma grouping.

Staging is based on whether the conjunctiva, orbit and eyelid are involved. Lymph nodes are evaluated based on where they are located and distant metastasis is based on non-contiguous involvement of tissues or organs outside of the eye.

Other eye lymphomas (C691-C694, C698-C699) will be coded in the Lymphoma schema.

Grade is applicable for follicular lymphomas (9690, 9691, 9695, 9698) only. See Table 23 in the Grade manual for further instructions on how to code grade for this schema.
